I want to take a moment to share my experience with these foods as they were new to me and they may be new to some of you. I initially heard about rephasy through some youtube videos a while ago. More recently I decided to give them a try. While I heard all the reviews saying how good it was, after trying it for the last 3 months I now see what they were talking about. Repashy food is awesome, I know this because unlike other foods I feed my fish they gobbled these foods up till there is nothing left within just a few minutes. I personally have tested repashy foods with schooling fish, goldfish, cichlids, shrimp, plecos, and snails. All took to the food quickly and seem to get extra excited when they get some. With that said I don't feed this everyday. I like to feed my fish different foods every feeding so they don't get used to one type, also helps with a balanced diet. Of course you may run into your picky eaters every once and a while with this food but over all there was very little issues getting my fish to eat it. One tip is pick up a silicone ice cube tray from amazon to easily make manageable portions.
