Ammania Senegalensis is a beautiful red plant. Ammania senegalensis is much larger then normal stem plants and you can expect the leaf span from tip to tip to be around 6".

If you can provide Ammannia Gracilis with the right amount of light, co2, and nutrient rich substrate it will flourish. Ammannia Gracilis grows pretty fast, and you are able to propagate it by trimming the top and planting it.

Little information is available on this plant so I will only speak from experience with it in the last 2 months. It grows fast, doesn't need an insane amount of light or co2. Trim it often and it will get very bushy. I also believe it will grow right out of the aquarium as this plants stem is sturdy. It will get pink and yellow tones under high light.
