Worried about ordering plants and having them shipped across the country? Well don't we have a DOA policy that 100% guarantees plants will arrive alive and will be ok.
When it comes to plants, we don't accept returns on them as they would most likely not survive being shipped back to us.
If any plants arrive in poor condition, please take a photo of the plant in its unopened packaging and email us that photo within 6 hours of the plants arrival. We will examine the photo to verify if the plant is dead or stressed. In some cases we may ask you to give the plant a few days to double check on its condition as plants are usually pretty resilient.
We will either replace DOA plants or refund if its something we cannot get again.
We DO NOT cover any plant orders that were ordered without a heat pack or cold pack and sent to a location were the temperatures are higher then 90°F or below 40°F at night. Please add these on to your order if needed.
Returns on unopened or unused dry goods are accepted but buyer is responsible for shipping back to us. Please email us first before you send anything back. Refund will only be issued on dry goods once they are received and inspected to ensure they were not used.
Shipping cost will not be refunded on any order. In the event you want to return an item that qualified for free shipping, the refund may be subject to a fee equivalent to its shipping cost of the order.
