Shipping Info

We ship from Warren, Ohio. Our shipping days are Monday to Wednesday. We occasionally ship on Thursday and Friday if weather is permitting.  

  • If your order is placed by 12PM on Thursday your order should be shipped out on Monday.
  • If your order is placed after 12PM on Thursday but before 12PM on Tuesday your order will usually go out on Wednesday.
  • Any order placed after 12PM  on Tuesday will not ship until the following Monday.

You should receive your order between 1-3 days from date shipped depending on where you are located, however packages may be delayed by the postal service.

Orders may not ship out if temperatures are above 100° F or below freezing in either origin or destination of products, during the time frame of when the product would be in transit.

Shipping Options:

  1. Regular Shipping USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Day): $11.99
  2. UPS Next Day Saver (1 Day): $39.99
  3. Orders over $69.00 will receive free USPS Priority Mail shipping
      1. Insulation, Heat, and Cold Packs will be provided free of charge at our discretion. We always check the forecast for each packages destination before it goes out to ensure it needs or doesn't need a heat or cold packs.

      Please be sure to check your states laws on each plant you are looking to purchase. Some fast growing plants are prohibited in a lot of states in the US.

      If there is a holiday on the normal ship date where USPS will be closed, your package will ship out the following non holiday day that we ship on. Meaning if the holiday falls on a Monday we will not ship till Wednesday. Also if a holiday falls in the middle of the week we may alter our shipping schedule for that week. And if a major holiday falls on a Sunday or Tuesday orders will not go out the following day, but will go out the next shipping day. (Example Easter Sunday)
