All of our non-tissue culture aquarium plants are either cultivated in our own tanks or sourced from reputable nursery farms. To maintain the health of our plants, we use natural methods, including snails, shrimp, fish, and other means, to help control algae and pests. While we make every effort to inspect and remove any visible pests or algae before shipping, we cannot guarantee that the plants you receive will be entirely free of these elements.

If you prefer to avoid the possibility of receiving plants with snails, algae, or other hitchhiking organisms, we recommend ordering tissue cultures or reviewing this video on how to effectively clean aquarium plants. Please note, we are unable to issue refunds for plants due to the presence of snails or other natural organisms.
