Our Cryptocoryne Wendtii (red, brown, green, bronze) is ordered from our nursery who grows them emersed. Due to how slow Cryptocoryne Wendtii grows, we sell them once we see 2 submerged leaves on the plant. This means that however many emersed leaves are left will probably melt after a few weeks in your tank. With the new submerged growth, the Wendtii should be fine.
CryptocoryneWendtii is a great beginner plant because it does not need a whole lot to thrive. The Crypt Wendtii Red variation needs a little morethanlow light to grow to its fullest potential. Depending on the lighting, either the leaves will grow tall towards the light or more horizontal. Cryptocoryne Wendtii can bepropagatedby uprooting the whole plant and plucking baby plants from the side of the main root.

Didiplis Diandra is a fine leaf stem plant that resembles plants like Rotala Indica or Ludwigia Arcuata except has more of an orange color to the leaves. Didiplis Diandra is an easier stem plant to care for but does need a medium light to grow. Didiplis Diandra is unique as its one of the few plants that can tolerate high temperatures which make it perfect for discus tanks.
